Simple terms: 50% at signing, 50% on January 15. Ten properties is one route — $3,500 for the season, $1,750 to start. Smaller portfolios and single properties quoted individually — ask on the form.
How it works
Two minutes on the quote form: how many properties, where they are, what you need. We reply with per-property pricing in writing.
One agreement covers the whole portfolio. Half at signing, half January 15. Then you never think about snow again until spring.
Every visit ends with timestamped photos of your cleared walkways in your inbox. If it snowed, you have the pictures before your tenants are up.

It's the portfolio rate at 10+ properties; smaller counts are quoted per property on the form.
How does photo proof work?
After every visit, you get timestamped photos of your cleared properties. You never have to drive by a property or take a tenant's word for it — the proof is in your inbox before the day starts.

How do I pay?
